I did a quick photo study back in june, I believe, and then felt like spicing it up a little bit. I like floral themes, they can come off as both positive and parasite-like, don't you think? This time I was using colours from the very beginning, not grayscale like usual, so I'm satisfied with the result. I think I understand digicolours better than a year ago. Also I still stick mainly to a basic round brush and watercolour one for blending and I'm really wondering if I should bother with finding all those fancy textured ones for a more realistic effect. I kind of don't like to rely on them too much hm hm. They seem to be very effective though. I've got just a few that I use but they are quite all-purpose.What is your take on that? Do those super pro brushes make any difference? I'm genuinely looking for an advice here haha ☆Sep 19, 2021

I love the general light and shadow, but I'd add more colors and details to the parts under direct light. Maybe just a few blemishes would make all the difference. But also, skin has such a lot of undertones, I think exploring those colors would enrich your work so much

•I’m really liking the contrast, though it feels a bit too sharp; the background could be lighter. And I’m not an expert on hair, so take what I’m saying with a grain of salt, but I feel as if there’s too many individual strands of hair, and it isn’t “clumpy” enough. Great overall!
