Just PLEASE preface it with that you don't want to buy and are only asking out of curiosity. It's okay to change your mind after and say that you do want to commission me, if that's the case; but don't lead me on lol. This is some general advice for buying stuff from artists btw. Being lead on sucks 
You don't have to be afraid to ask questions though! Just be mindful about how you go about it! Sometimes it's even helpful for me when people ask questions because if I see a common theme, I can make an FaQ or include the info in my comm sheet to help people in the future who wonder the same things.Jun 6, 2022
