@CartoonCreatureLover's post on Artfol

Odd question since it’s not July, but is anyone else having issues with uploading images to their Artfight character profiles?

I’ve been trying to upload a new ref image of one of my characters for weeks now & it just hasn’t worked since the ownership of the site has started changing; I’d submit a bug report for help if I could, but they currently deleted all info on how to contact anyone regarding this because I’d imagine they’re in the middle of changing the process of contacting help & whatnot.

The image is under 5 MB, so I’m not sure what’s going on. I tried uploading it to a different character’s page just in case it’s the ONE character’s page that’s bugged, but it doesn’t work either.

I just keep getting a white screen that says “413 Request Entity Too Large,” & if I refresh the page, it changes to then say, “Oops! An Error Occurred | The server returned a ‘405 Method Not Allowed’ . Something is broken. Please let us know what you were doing when this error occurred. We will fix this as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.”

I understand why the second error pops up, but not the first one since before, a little red banner would appear on the character profile image editing page that just said the image was too big, not a solid white page with just about nothing on it at all.

Is anyone else experiencing this? And does anyone know if I can submit an email/bug report to Artfight about it, or is this just something that will have to wait since they’re in the middle of changing up a lot of big stuff behind the scenes? Please & thank you for any help at all!

Hey! I just got pinged in the artfight discord last night that this issue should now be resolved. You can try again now!
Somebody in a discord server I'm in had the same problem and apparently there's some issue with the site currently, it's not just you! I think someone else replied that people have mentioned it in the artfight discord server so I assume the people in charge know of it, at least I hope so
