•are mostly +25
• those professional killer was not in TRP before because they was already +20 when Trp existed
professional killer are here to protect tekera
those person can go out of tekera and go for example in Germany,spain, ECT...

firstly that's depend on the preference of the professional killer (will call them P.K)
but most of them use their power.
but only the ones who was in P.K recently can't use their power to fight.
