Visible Mending
I LOVE mending clothing and just finished this patch. This technique is called "darning". It took me about 5 hours to finish this 3" x 2.5" patch.I could have simply added a fabric patch, but this is so much more fun for me to work on and I love how they look.
These shorts are completely covered in patches AND resized about 4" smaller since I've lost weight since buying them years ago. They are my absolute favorite shorts so I couldn't simply let them go.
This patch would cost a customer about $38 CAD plus shipping both ways.Aug 7, 2022
