I started drawing Tulip cosplaying different characters for Halloween! In 2019 they were Sailor Uranus and Neptune, last year I drew them as Marceline & PB Fun fact: Tula’s colour is pink, but I drew her as Marcy since their personalities match better Who should I draw them cosplaying this year.....
