same here, i had countless times where i stopped drawing because i felt like i had to learn a lot when I should be enjoying it, someone made me realize dat and my art just kept on going with fun and enjoyment rather than critic

Yes it's the best feeling! When you don't like your drawing and then you twist and turn a couple things and you go wait I like how this looks!
