What are some good art universities in the U.S. for fields of animation? Was looking at art universities today, my dream is to one day get accepted to CALARTS but realistically I don’t think that will happen for me.Jul 8, 2021

yeah I would definitely at least apply to CalArts as a reach school (assuming if you’re willing to pay the application fee) and remember to keep your options open!! there are plenty of schools that will be really good for animation and just nice overall!! Having a big list of schools whether you think you’ll be accepted or not is definitely a huge help in the final decision process

•Don’t know too much about animation universities but I do watch youtubers who have gone to Ringling and SCAD so there’s those
