The youngest of three siblings living together in a modest apartment, Heather expected to have a fairly mundane life. After the Infection started, however, her whole world was upended. While her brother, Jonas, and her sister, Amy, both fell ill, Heather did not. Now, she’s determined to find a cure to get her siblings and the life they had back

Did someone call for a best girl? She answered, regardless. Heather is such a fun character for me to work with; she’s one of the sweetest ones in this project. In their world, morality is a kaleidoscope of gray, and everyone believes they have the right idea. It’s been a long, long time since I’ve revisited their story, and I had such a blast working on her portrait
