That's the thing with ALL art tutorials, artist that make them do them purely to show you what they PERSONALLY do/know. Art is subjective, there's no right way to it, the only "right" exists for specific professional fields, for example, you typically wouldn't make an animation the same way you would an illustration, the reason being that there'd probably be no time to fully polish every frame or you lack the budget to, thus negating you to cut around corners and take after the examples of pre-existing animators, in this essay I will-
