Tom Kane Tribute

Here's another tribute I have made, it's a tribute to the American voice actor Tom Kane. He was best known for his voice over work for many animated television series and video games, some of these roles included Professor Utonium in The Powerpuff Girls, Mr. Herriman in Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Darwin Thornberry in The Wild Thornberrys, Woodhouse in Archer (which he took over the voice role from George Coe after his death in 2015) and also voiced many established characters in the Star Wars franchise including Yoda, Boba Fett, Admiral Ackbar, C-3PO and Qui-Gon Jenn. Outside of animation, Kane also provided the voice as the announcer for theme park attractions at Disneyland and Walt Disney World, served as an announcer for several Academy Award ceremonies and also served as an announcer for the Adult Swim series, The Eric Andre Show during its second season.

For this tribute, I drew three of his well-known voice roles which are Yoda, Professor Utonium and Mr., Herriman and above Yoda and Professor Utonium I wrote "Rest in Peace Tom Kane 1962-2026".May 25, 2026
