What are your favourite type of OCs to make? I love creating and talking about ocs so! please share them with me

One of my favourite types is what I like to call the 'lawless but with good intentions' basically characters who have a lot of heart but do things a little more....chaotically. I just find them so charming and fun to write hngngnnMay 2, 2021

a villian, silly or serious doesn't matter. if their interesting and a murderer/serial killer and a asshole usually they are my favorite to make. or they are sarcastic. either works.

•Oooo, I think my fav types are the “jokesters” - usually comedic relief, super happy and outgoing, and just here to have fun! Bonus points if there’s a lot more to them than initially meets the eye, and their humor disguises something hidden underneath

•
•I think my fav type is characters that look like an idiot, but when things get serious they become a whole different person
I have multiple OCs like that and I love them so much sjsjsjsddsjhj

•I love the morally gray characters because it feels a lot more realistic and usually they have an interesting take on the world, not just the world is this black and white land with clear cut morals.
•
•Feline based characters are my favourite. They represent adventure and mischeif and so many folktales regarding cats
•
•I love those type of characters too! I feel like I have already 3 or 4 in different stories.
I also like the chill character that is actually really hurt on the inside and everybody cant imagine his real nature until the situation gets darker...and they go from

•I love the misunderstood OCs the most. Just the way other characters interact with them is quite enjoyable.
•
•I have a few faves lol. Anyone who looks like they could be a villain but is like chaotic neutral at best. Dom energy women I would let step on me lol, and cute and bubbly!! Extra bonus if any of the characters don’t give a shit about gender norms and wear whatever the hell they want lol (although bc I’m feminine lots of my characters inherently dress a lil more femme oops)
•
•I have a couple of different types I like to create, but I’m always a sucker for my soft adventure seeker boys and their kick-a GF’s. They’re my pick me up characters for when I feel down.
•
•I actually like making OCs that don’t actually have any superhero, magical powers or even anything “wow” about them.
They just feel more human to me and they don’t even have to be the best or nicest person. It makes them more interesting to have bad qualities and flaws. I think it makes an adoring +relatable character.

•"NORMALS"
(but with details like inhuman talent in the kitchen, or Triumph's hability to recreate fighting game movesets)

•Same
character design is so much fun
i like “gap moe” (since apparently there’s a term for it) which is basically making their appearance contrast their personality

•I have a few archetypes that I write but the one that comes to mind is “well intentioned, but a complete mess.”
•
•Personified versions of nonliving things! Most of my OCs are personified rollercoasters
•
•Either absolutely stupid characters concept screw deepness or whatever I want fun, or a character who’s struggling on some level to relate to other people / a character who really is more of the villain than the hero
•
•I like making the really good at combat but also highly flustered and just wants to receive a hug oc
•
•My favourite is definitely a good character who’s inherently a badass. My main oc is pretty much like that lol. I just love the combo of working with someone with morally good intentions, but every other good character is slightly intimidated by them!! :D
