This is Syrin!!! He's Blake's boyfriend and he sucks. He's an ex loan shark/gang leader turned doctor trying to leave that life behind. There's a lot of challenges he faces in regards to that but so far he's survived it LMAO
Long story made incredibly short: unexpectedly, he caught feelings for Blake (who was...indebted to him lmao) after they low-key became weed/drinking buddies. After they got together he decided (with Blake's help) to try and leave the life he'd been forced into behind.

So! He betrayed everyone he knew and worked with and turned them all in :) many of them were caught, some were not. Melanie is one of the ones that got away.... unfortunately for him.
