(WIP) it’s okay to run away!
Things have been busy and stressful, so I took some time to do a vent-ish drawing of one of my favorite scenes in MP100. It’s still not done yet but I’m very happy with this too.This scene has always been a gem but it didn’t really hit me until my own teacher used it for me. I have a tendency to juggle more than I can handle and taking on responsibilities that I really shouldn’t be. I like this message because it touches on how kids should be allowed to be kids and adults should be responsible for their own actions and protect those who can’t do it themselves. It’s an important moral in my mind that I feel many people don’t follow nowadays.
But those are just my thoughts! Really love Reigen’s insight in times like these.Mar 30, 2022

all jokes aside, I love this moment a lot too, and I was really flabbergasted when I saw it for the first time. most shows targeted towards a young audience always value valor, strength, and general badassery in tough moments. which is great and fun! but in truth, a lot of kids and even adults dont have these virtues, or dont know how to develop them in the world we actually live in. It's outstanding that someone like Reigen has the wisdom and unconditional ability to support Mob when he's at his lowest. Okay I'm rambling at this point, but I really love this show and Reigen's character as a great role model
