WIP - Redesigning Rafael

Working on updating my main character, Rafael. The more rendered one on the right is the old version and was more of a rough idea that I let be a final reference for too long.

Quick summary:
◇ Solidified a pattern for the trim featuring Spanish Bluebell bulbs
◇ Actually thought about how his garments should work (imagine that)
◇ Redesigned the lace to be more accurate to that of a corset + collar pin
◇ Slightly simplified the bone structure of the hands and cloak components

I plan to create a separate reference page for his human design, including turnarounds and rendered versions of both.May 13, 2025
