I’m upset that I have a bunch of in progress sketches and it’s just not worth uploading. Granted, life has been indeed both busy and rough. My drawing moments are incredibly short lived and I don’t have the patience in me to draw like I usually would lately.

I don't think it's either to be honest. If your life is hectic, that's probably where all your energy is going to. Don't be too upset. 
Life happens and we can't control everything.
Some people here like ocs and backstories, so if you have some sketches of your oc, share them with some facts about them.
Tag your art work appropriately with oc, original character, character design etc. So others can find you.
