Komusō Demon

Traditional art made with markers, and I sure haven’t used those in a while

. I ended up using an app called Camera Lucida to help with the proportions, and used anatomy references separately, though the hand holding the sword does seem a little too big...
Might make this guy into an OC at some point, some kind of oni able to control the dead, or something like that (I’ve read somewhere about komusō supposedly being able to control evil spirits, and people would also spies disguised as komusō monks).Jun 8, 2021
