Calluna MildburgCalluna Mildburg is the former leader of the Burslem faction and a retired magical guardian. As of September 2025, she is a final year student at Stoneleigh University who is taking a German and History degree. Unfortunately for her, she encounters Amaranthine Fitzmorys - her previous political rival and a girl who looks like her girlfriend ,Emilia Holdcroft, who disappeared in 2021.
All of this happened because of a CATERPILLAR CAKE and a CUP OF SWEETCORN…
Anyway, here's some fun facts about Calluna:
- Most of her friends did an English and History degree but graduated during her year abroad.
- She is the founder and former president of the "Three Biscuits and a Banana Society"
- She worked in a fish market in Hamburg during her year abroad. (She had to work throughout the night
)
- She drinks a lot of tea with no milk ( yes she's British)
- She did an English module in her second year and was the first undergraduate student to get a 100 in an English exam.
- She can speak Middle English fluently
- She bakes caterpillar cake for her cousin so she can pay off her debt
- She spends more time in Longton than Burslem (yes this is plot relevant)
She may or may not have accidentally created a 7th faction. If there are 7 factions but only 6 towns, how does that work? You’ll just have to wait and see.May 7, 2025
