You need to add highlights and shadows. The folds of his clothing are lost, as are the details in the flowers. Also, his hand holding the flowers is great, especially the right lines, but the other hand looks too clean and disproportionate.
The dark lines in his hair and face need to be added everywhere and highlights as well.
