Silver Moth entertainment troupeHere's my entry for traces in the sand!!
In a home a bit off from the town lived a dwarf, with a robust body with hands scarred from hard work, Mikos and his beloved, Aya, a half elf, that can play the lute as if magic, creating and harmonizing emotion.
Both widowed, they found warmth in each other, they already had kids of their own, but there is nothing love cannot conquer.
Alexander was Mikos' son, stubborn and headfast, a perfectionist, more like his father in many ways, although he never did find interest in craftsmanship.
Leah was Aya's daughter, carefree like the wind, her eyes sparkle with mischief and ideas. From birth she had always listened to her mother's music, it was the only thing that could calm her stormy mind. She dreams to one day play in front of thousands of people.
Mon is a baby moth Alex and Leah found when they were still children. Alex had insulted Leah's ears so she, with a bucket of water in hand, propelled heavy droplets to ensure Alex never grows any taller, until they stumbled upon an abandoned baby moth.
They had waited for the parents but they never came, they had no choice but to take her home, Alex was overthinking about the care routine of a baby moth, while Leah had already decided to snag her, parents or no.
Mon was able to learn tricks, she can sit, roll over, and pout, well they're working on it. With Alex's growing interest in music, and Leah's love for it, they'd decided to set out one day as a wandering troupe of entertainers, with Mon as the mascot.
well this was really fun!! also I wasnt sure of the moth's real size but just based it on tumie's earlier artworks
