@ujuuri ask if i could make a evil magical girl oc with them , im a little late but i finally decided on the design/details lol

I lowkey think to hard about lore for characters when i design them and i started dumping my brain storm ideas to ujuuri so they kinda just let me decide on it lol

Elise is a super mega fan of magical girls/boys in an almost lovesick way,
She likes seeing them come up with special moves, tag lines and costume designs. Though her path is evil she only causes mayhem because she wants to see magical girls/boys perform their special attacks and save people…..

——WORLD LORE———-
This world is set in where magic academy students train to become magical girls/boys, though the academy trains them to be good…some tend to stray from that path.

there are two paths

“good” magical girls/boys are referred to as “starry”
