I've taped my chest and honestly to all the woman out there: tape > bra
Its holding up REALLY well and it's REALLY REALLY comfortable. (and I don't have a small chest).
Of cause I'm using it to flatten (although it's not working as good as a binder. I'm using it in combi with binders that are a bit too BIG atm) but you can definetly just use it to give stability or lift your chest up a bit, if you want to. I just use body tape like for athletes or people with knee problems. It also stays on for several days. I'm only on day 2 rn so I can't say for how long, yet.Nov 27, 2021
