TuffnutI watched more of DoB today, the last episode I watched being "Zippleback Down". It focuses on the twins, mainly on Tuffnut. He's fun. The twins in general, pretty fun. They're super unserious about things and act kind of dumb but are actually pretty smart, I think. They just don't use their smarts in the same way characters like Hiccup do. And often you'll see them doing the most seemingly stupid things which turn out to be helpful or even genius later on (e.g. in one episode they taught their terrible terrors to butt heads while flying, which allowed them to knock out one of the Outcasts towards the end of the same episode).
Okay I should stop rambling. Um, so as you can see, I drew some sketches of Tuffnut! It was my first time drawing him, just like it is my first time drawing most of these characters. The drawing on the left is referenced directly from the "Zippleback Down" episode. He gets caught in a dragon trap while trying to dismantle it, and stays in it for pretty much the whole episode.Feb 14, 2025
