this is dari. he and osmes are very close because both of their families are rich and messy. he's a mutant with two pupils in each eye, a long tail with teeth sticking out of it, and sharp teeth. he's uh... flirty and annoying. among other things.

tried to go with a psychedelic angle with the colors. also, a prominent inspiration here was the album cover for something/anything by todd rundgren, an album i associate very closely with this character :)
