Just a couple of loose canons hanging out they are bffs and thrive on each other's stupidity

some more lore for them bc they deserve it; neither of them are actually stupid, they just do stupid stuff. Faust is actually borderline genius but hes like the Gifted Kid Burnout and mentally ill and semi-tragic backstory and oh god poor Faust. Cobalt on the other hand... ALSO not stupid, but hes easily influenced and likes having fun, and Faust's whole vibe is fun, so they get along great. Shenanigans ensue.
