I dont know about glasses to use, but maybe try seeing if your computer has a blue light filter? It might be named something different, as mine is called 'night light mode'

:) My eyesight actually got worse due to reading a lot before I bought my phone & then when I had one I kinda overconsumed it and need glasses since then. So yeah focusing a lot on short distances will worsen your ability to see if u aren't careful + my brother has these glasses because he is a programmer so yeah definitely not a bad thing

I have blue light filter in my normal glasses and it helps a bit, though I have never been one to get eyestrain too bad.
