A man in the window

I saw a man in the window
He told me something I didn’t want to hear
This man in the window
Didn’t care I was near
He mocked me in the window
He jeered at who I am
This man in the window
Could care less to be amp
He told me what I did wrong
He told me what I did right
He wanted to play with me
But I fled away in fright
This man in the window
I could hear him laugh
I saw him multiply like a billow
But I wanted him to leave the gaff
I covered my ears to not listen
But as the light in the room continued to glisten
The laughter faded ever more
Until I noticed the man in the window
Had made it at my door

This poem is based off the dream I had last night, also spoiler alert the man had a dog head and was trying to maul my face. Luckily I woke up!Oct 4, 2022
