You know, I used to be able to make Pixel art with only MSpaint. So long as you have binary tools it’s definitely possible. Also I’d like to suggest you check out Mortmort who does pixel art tutorials and videos.0

If you have a computer that runs on Windows, you should have MS Paint, were you can make sprites! I actually used it in a Game Art & Design class I took once to make all of my game sprites!
