MugMay 3rd Week: Vile Mugman

This is my very first attempt at drawing Vile Mugman ever! I'm really happy how it actually turned out how he'd look like in the series!

So here he is for the 3rd week of MugMay! Never has he looked this diabolical and... vile, hehe!
