I finally am ready to rewrite what I was gonna write for Kurai
If you don't know Kurai Yami is a character I made and I had drawn him and stuff
I also wrote a full like 2 paragraphs about him
Then I accidentally exited out of the app and lost all my progress
I got so upset and salty that I didn't rewrite it
Anyways gonna format it more like an RP character sheet cuz I miss roleplays
Name: Kurai Yami
Age: 14
Birthday: October 13
Pronouns: he/they
Species: witch
Height: 5'4
Likes: the forest, rain, quiet, stars, and just space in general. Sometimes he dreams of going to a different planet because then he wouldn't be seen as a monster.
Dislikes: being alone, being seen as this terrifying monster, the ocean (he's scared of deep water)
Fears: death, deep water, being stared at
Small bit of lore:
Kurai Yami is a young witch with a disability that makes him unable to cast magic properly and makes it harder for him to learn magic. Thanks to this he needs to use a staff in order to be able to cast magic. When they were younger, they and his friend, who will be unnamed for now, snuck into his father's old study room which had been blocked off by their mother. The two kids found a book on dark magic and after some hesitation, Kurai decided to try some of the magic. Of course they failed constantly, but something inside of them seemed to light up and every day, until they were about 10, he would constantly try to learn from the book. They were pretty good with most spells at this point, but then their mom found out. She wasn't happy and saw Kurai's dad instead of him. She immediately called the authorities and Kurai was immediately sentenced to death, despite his young age. They were deemed a danger and had no choice but to run away with their stall as far away as possible.
He managed to make a home for himself in the woods and is still seen as a monster to everyone. Their old friend hasn't ever spoken to them or tried to reach out because he was scared that he'd get caught up in the mess
Kurai has been trying their hardest to learn other magic but it's been really hard. He so far has learned basic teleportation and basic healing.Nov 27, 2023
