The gender fluid goddess
Another piece I have. I finished this one a while ago, but just now I'm sharing it here.Here's my character Hmaná, a goddess from my webcomic "Espero" and creator of the world where the story takes place.
Felt like playing with her/his gender fluid identity, just like I did with the main antagonist, who is gender fluid as well.
She can change her/his gender and entire body as Hmaná pleases, including her/his voice. She/he doesn't change neither her/his personality or name, that stays the same and that can last as long as Hmaná wants without any consequences.
Irrelevant detail: Hmaná is some centuries younger that the main antagonist of the story, yet she/he looks older due to her/him maturing more than said rival did. Hmaná doesn't look like a vibrant young woman or man, but she/he doesn't mind as he/she is proud of the years gone by. Apr 19, 2024

i adore the “irrilevant detail”!! it makes so much sense for Hmaná to appear like that despite being younger than Humn!! also just saw the two illustration side by side and they both look amazing! loving how they’re both smiling but Humn is still menacing while Hmaná’s smile feels calming and caring

It's always so interesting to see the different sides and genders of your characters like this. Oh and it makes so much sense that Hmana looks older than Humn- aging is a wonderful, natural, even beautiful, thing to be proud of indeed, and Humn is basically the opposite of all of those sentiments (I can imagine he would be very insecure and even angry about his/her appearance if he/she ever aged too)
