First watercolour portrait

Watercolours are pretty new medium to me but I wanted to try out my watercolour pencils. I tried to draw my daughter, but the end result looks more like younger me. I do love the end result and I think I did a good job on the shading of the face. I'm slowly getting the hang of layering things with watercolor but I need to pracrise it more.
