Off the top of my head I can think of Necry Talkie, a Japanese band whose lead vocalist has a rather cute voice and has songs that are contagiously upbeat and happy.

Idk many non depressive artists but here are some in my Spotify playlist!

Britney Spears (an icon)
Ruba shamshoum has pretty wholesome songs but they’re in Arabic
You could always check out Disney songs too!! They’re pretty good actually
