Meet Risima 
Idk how but I kept forgetting to post him a made this flat like a month ago-
Because of how quick I made this I ended up leaving it a flat without detailing the outline. I just really wanted to draw him ^^
Risima is a fan character for the show Rise of the tmnt. I don't know how many drawings I'll do that include him and the turtles but there should at least a few you'll see.
Fun facts about Risima:
*He got oozesquitoed when Draxum's oozesquitoes were let loose
*He was on a trip to see family & friends at the time and didn't get the chance to see them before getting transformed
*Risima got hired at Run of the Mill Pizza by Senior Hueso
*Thanks to this job he was able to start pulling his life together again and got an apartment in the hidden city
*Risima was a professional ice skater when he was human & was a very popular one at that
*If he comes across the turtles my best guess of how is through him working at Run of the Mill Pizza or through seeing him skate at an ice rink in the hidden city because Mikey convinced the group to try
