Terms of Service: Refunds :
100% if it's not like the character design / info you provided although I can fix it if needed or if I hadn't start working on your sketch
50%refunds if I finished sketching and you requested a refund
0% refund once I finished coloring and shading
For turndown time :maximum 3 weeks
