It is good, matches the style you've been using, the color palette works together, even the folds in the clothes look nice.
If you're struggling with identifying if your pieces are good, maybe try drawing something in a completely different style or with tools you've never used. It might help giving you some perspective, so you can look at this style from a distance again.
Stylized art tends to have this problem, if you draw it for long with no intermissions, you stop "seeing it" and either start morphing aspects of the piece (I started making extremely long noses), or your brain starts morphing it all by itself and you can't tell if what you draw works.

•Hello! Personaly i think that all art is nice / cute , but here is my critique. So first things first, make the ears as big as the eyes ( if you want them to look more 
realistic i guess) . The hands have 4 fingers( again if you draw cartoon o guess that is fine. Make shading. It will improve soo much and make it look more interesting, more alive tipe of thing. Lastly , make the outline a bit darker . That allso makes it look better.
I can not think of any other things ,since i know how it is to be judged or stuff like that. Hope this helped in some way( and i really do not mean to " harrass " in any way your ary style).
