Anyone knows where I can buy Neocolors II by unit? (In Canada ideally or that doesn't cost more in shipping than in products)
There's a few colors I want but I'd rather just buy them than a whole new pack!
I found them on Jackson's Art but I've seen mixed reviews. Has anyone ever ordered from them?
A few people have recommended Blick, but they offered me 2 shipping options... one that was 35$ and another at 107$!?

i think jacksons art is ok if you are buying a little bit of items because the shipping is reasonable and there is no problems with customs fees. but when buying more products you will have no choice but to choose a courier like fedex or dhl from their options which will result you in having to pay custom fees which i did once because i didn't know.
