press on comment button to open the page of the artwork itself. When you tap on the art, it darkens and there will appear three icons. Press heart with a kind of list in middle to see likes. But if you're talking about a setting that shows likes right beside the icon like on IG, I'm not sure if they're planning to do that...hope this helps
