Chub Chub as a Purrmaid

I had this idea of making chub chub as mermaid because people in may use to do this whole mermaid challenge and I also started my channel at that time as well.

now I was going for an idea of making this whole japanese patterns aesthetic in this drawing now I know it looks a bit sketchy that is because I am still not 100% done with it but It would be nice if someone could help me improve it by giving me a critique that will help if I ever decide to finish it.
