•Be aware that you might scare yourself at first when you try to put it on in fear that it may be the wrong size, like I did.
If you have long hair like I do, I recommend tying it up before you put it on because your hair may get stuck inside the back of your binder.
I usually like to lift up the bottom half of my binder before completing putting it on, the bottom half often gives me support to put it on easier.
I’m sure there are also some tutorials you can look up to be prepared, these are just some possible expectations coming from someone who binds.
