i was looking up art stuff to do on the app meetup and there’s some live figure drawing classes that were interesting to me but it’s something id only go to with friends :/
and also just in general craving someone to sit and draw with for hours and collab
but i don’t have any local art friends anymore, they’ve either passed away or the ones i do have are into different crafts like beadwork, crochet, cosplay… and i’m lonely!!!! YEAH i have online friends but its not the same
some of my favorite art moments were went i flew to visit my online friends and we just sat and drew for hours together until the sun came up but i can’t have those moments often
my boyfriend tries to make art with me but he gets bored after 20 minutes and falls asleepJan 26, 2023

life drawing is still super fun! I've started going to one in my area and I've actually met a few people there who are also regulars- so maybe if you go you can make more art friends ^^
