Neil (United Nations)
I'm testing out the critique thing. I mainly want criticism for the character design.So I mindlessly started designing an UN character (bc I have been thinking about a cute story where America makes a robot to help out with meetings)
So yeah this is a robot. My story for Neil (his name) is that America noticed that the UN meetings are starting to get less productive and Germany (who usually leads the meetings) is getting tired of having to keep everyone focused.
America comes up with the idea to code an AI that can keep everyone in line and also be a non biased participant of the meetings. He goes a bit overboard and turns what was supposed to be a smart computer, into something that could be mistaken for human.
(As for how America can code and build something so human, hes America. Dont question it. Also he had some help from Jaxon for building)
Neil is designed to look about 16 (Germanys age. They both formed around the same time) While he is a good at being Non biased, he is quite the talker. Hes very outgoing and quizzical about the world, questioning the meaning life and his purpose. (Him and Greece would prob get along)
I'm kinda worried he isnt robotic enough. If I make him more robotic tho, it might look weird. I settle for paneling on his face (America added freckles to him to make it less noticeable) and robotic hands.
As for where America was able to find the materials to make him look human.... let's just say Mel's search history is very questionable.
