Dr. Millton Mallon

A genetic scientist that works for the Red Queen organization. He’s spent his entire life modifying and enhancing toon DNA and human DNA. His goal, much like his benefactors, is to create the ultimate toon life.

He works closely along side his colleague Dr. Richard Reynard, a human genetic scientist, who wishes to use toon DNA to cure diseases and terminal illnesses. After all nothing bounces back faster than a Toon.
