There are lots of mythical creatures I love. But I mostly love the tzitzimitl (skeleton ladies from Aztec mythology), The domovoy (Slavic furry creature that lives in your house), the Erchitu (Sardinian wereox thing that is tormented by sum demons)...
And... Werewolves

Honestly bro demons especially in a hard fantasy setting where the rules can be played with more. I think there is great potential for their interactions with humans.

Witches (if they count). I even had a witch theme for my 7th (or 8th?) birthday party.

They fly on broomsticks, do magic, curse people sometimes and wear iconic hats, why would they not be my favourite?
