You can probably donate them somewhere, I just learned my school has an event where you drop off or pick up art supplies for free. Maybe there’s something like that in your area?

I don’t think this is a dumb question at all. I think if you have the energy you should sell them, I’m sure there are lots of people who would take gently used supplies so that they can try something new or just because they can’t afford them at store price.
If you don’t have the energy to sell them, I’d recommend donating them to friends, someone who’s maybe just getting into art or a local high school (the art teacher might be able to give them to a specific student who’d enjoy them if they can’t use them for the whole class)

You probably can sell them or donate them :0 I know some people use Vinted to do this which I only founded out from a friend of mine

I don't even know what to do with them myself since I mainly do digital art, but honestly I keep then until I decide to go back to painting/ traditional art
