Maybe you can add a bit more of a red and orange color for the skin so it shows a more natural look because skin actually fosters with warm colors under the light. Maybe you can add an outline to his face so it'll be more complimentary to the outlines of the hair. As for the shadowing, maybe find colors that deviated by hue not by lightness, for example if the base color is peach, the shadowing would be dark orange or dark red while adding in transparency. However the anatomy of the face is delightful with the little details that I adore such as the lipstick smudge. The glow of the hair does stand out finely. That's what I can say.
