I hate the feeling of associating the value of my work with the number of likes each piece gets or the numbers of followers I have.

•Yeah, not only people don't see my stuff, it doesn't show me the stuff of the people I follow, instead all I see are memes, suggestions and works of other people with more views and likes that I'm not following, which is very unfair for the people I do follow. If it wasn't because the stores in my country have accounts there and because my friends are there too, I would so deactivate it. The feedback I get there is so little that it can't be addictive

•I never really paid Insta much mind. I mostly just use it to store art. Guess I can’t speak for everyone because this is my main art platform

•I used to have 300 likes per post. I did a drawtober in 2019 (still in the same theme as my account- just a different style) and since then I’ve only gotten around 35 likes. For some reason so many people hated it lmao. Like pls! It was only temporary! Come back!
