This is so late but after googling there’s something called wise that seems to do the trick? I haven’t ever seen or used it before tough so you’d have to research to make sure it’s fine

•Stripe or Payoneer is a good alternative from what I've heard. If you're thinking of opening a ko-fi account, Stripe is the secondary option there to PayPal.

You'll still need a paypal to collect payments if you open up a Patreon or Kofi because I don't think they offer bank transfers outside of the USA. I've heard of people using Square and Stripe as a Paypal alternative but I don't know how they work
