I hear Gus meowing and pawing at the tub. I walk over to check on him. He's gone. I look in the living room. He's gone there too. So I walk back to my room and say to myself "where's my cat?" And suddenly he runs up behind me, looks at me, then runs off again
So Gus has the zoomies right now apparently because he's just running around meowing very loudly X3
He's adorable. Yesterday night there was a weird beetle walking around in my apartment and he kept sniffing it then gagging, and I don't know why he didn't just leave it alone once he decided he doesn't want to eat it. He just kept staring at it and occasionally going to paw at it then deciding against it.
Earlier this morning I was cuddling with him as I was trying to fall back asleep and my phone made the notification sound and Gus stared at it for a solid minute before moving his attention to something else random. He was so confused XDMar 22, 2026
