Space Race
In 1969, The United States became the first country to put a man on the moon, winning the space race against the Soviet Union. The Apollo 11 mission was watched everywhere and was a very big success for the west.I absolutely love the space race. Space in general has always interested me, even before I got interested in history. It's such an interesting thing.
Anyway, so the space race. America and the Soviet Union have a little rivalry for who can get to the moon first. In the World Center, there has always been this ceiling door thing. Noone knew what it was for. Everyone assumed it was for possible space colonization but not for sure. As soon as the Apollo 11 made it to the moon, the door opened for America and he was able to enter.
There was nothing of interest, but he did place an America flag to mimic the one on the real moon.
After the missions stopped, America could no longer access the door, but he did add a ladder to make it easier to get up there next time.
I've been studying how humans look in art and I kinda realized my character look a little chunky so I tried to fix that. I also experimented with the text box, making it the flag of the country speaking. Idk if it's too complicated to read tho. Let me know.
